The PTS 3D scanner is a new generation of scanner for industrial products. 1. Preparation

First of all, surface treatment of scanned samples shall be carried out:

1) Because the 3D scanner uses optical method to scan the object, so some objects reflective surface, light transmission or absorption of the object need to do surface treatment spray imaging agent

2) Paste the marking points. The stitching of marking points is performed by the software algorithm. The 3D scanning system needs to superimpose the common markers identified between the two scans to make the two scans exist in a unified coordinate system, so as to achieve complete data Mosaic.
